You shouldn't be eating while working, driving or watching TV.
You could actually end up eating more, just because you're distracted.
Niagara Health has released a list of healthy eating tips, just in time for Nutrition Month.
Some of the other tips include drinking lots of water, planning your meals ahead and always being aware of portion sizes.
The average meal should have a half plate of fruits and vegetables, a quarter plate of proteins and a quarter plate of starchy foods like bread, rice or pasta.
