Pelham restaurants will be able to create their own pop-up parking lot patios.
They will be able to convert up to six parking spaces into patio space, so they can welcome customers once Niagara enters stage two of reopening tomorrow.
But this will only apply to private parking lots, so street parking should not be affected.
The temporary patio space will also be subject to Public Health and provincial licensing requirements in order to serve food and alcohol.
