The NRP have laid charges against a man accused of accepting money for construction services not provided in Niagara.
Last November, the NRP commenced an investigation into several allegations of fraud taking place in Niagara by Gehres Windows and Doors.
Detectives report a man accepted money for construction jobs replacing windows and doors that were not provided.
Six victims have been identified, and the suspect was arrested on May 13th.
Facing charges is 63 year old Daniel Gehres.
He faces four counts of Fraud Under $5,000, and two counts of Fraud Over $5,000.
A court date has been scheduled, and police believe there may be more victims.
