IT'S ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR BEVERAGE IN THE WORLD-WITH GOOD REASON!

If one cup of coffee is never enough and two rarely suffice, you could be a java junkie!

And you can credit (or blame) your genetic makeup on that. Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health have linked specific genes to a person's coffee consumption and all are related to the body's response to caffeine, reports HealthDay News. In addition, this could explain the popularity of caffeine-rich energy drinks. Coffee is one of the most popular beverages in the world. On average, North Americans consume two cups a day, while Europeans drink four cups daily. And while regular coffee consumption has been linked to a lower risk of developing Parkinson's disease, type 2 diabetes and liver disease, it has also been implicated in some types of cardiovascular problems and mild elevations in cholesterol.
