One of Canada's longest running New Year's Eve celebrations returns to Niagara Falls to kick off 2019 in Queen Victoria Park with a huge outdoor concert.
Known to attract 50,000 people each year, the free outdoor event will have two explosive fireworks shows, one a 9 pm and one at midnight, as well as numerous food and beverage options, including an outdoor licensed area.
This year’s concert features an all-star Canadian line-up:
- Opening the event at 8pm, will be the Niagara Falls-based ban and winner of Band of the Year at the Niagara Music Awards, Avenue Inn.
- Saskatoon based-band, The Sheepdogs, will take the stage at 9pm to play some of their award-winning hits.
- Acclaimed group, Walk Off The Earth, will perform a set of their multi-platinum tunes, beginning at 10 pm.
- Finally, to ring in 2019, Burton Cummings will be closing out the year and the show! As one of the most celebrated Canadian musicians, the former Guess Who frontman is guaranteed to put on a great performance.
